Bristol Audi (Mon Motors) have announced that they are to sponsor the Customer Excellence Award at the 2018 Business Leader Awards.
Established in 1971, the Mon Motors Group is now one of the largest automotive dealer groups in South Wales and the West of England.
The family run company’s values are built on providing an exceptional customer experience and are committed to building lasting relationships that are based on trust an exceptional level of customer service.
This award will be given to the company that has a proven track record of outstanding customer service. The panel of independent judges is currently out reviewing the record number of entries – and the four nominees will be announced in less than two weeks.
Those judges will be looking at the methods used to monitor customer satisfaction levels and how they have empowered their employees to leave a positive impression on customers.
Employee training procedures to enhance customer satisfaction are also being looked at, while the resources and tools at their disposal are also under review.
The judges will also be looking at the processes in place for complaints and returns.
